Why self-custody

Your crypto shouldn’t be
someone else’s balance sheet.

Custodians, exchanges and hot wallets all share a single weakness: your keys are held by a third party. When that third party fails — technically, financially, or politically — your access fails with it. A hardware wallet moves that weakness offline, into your hands.

Exchanges fail

Centralised platforms have gone insolvent, been seized, or frozen withdrawals mid-transfer. Your position on their ledger is only as strong as their balance sheet.

ChinaBridge keeps keys offline, in your hands.

Hot wallets leak

Browser extensions and mobile wallets keep signing keys on an internet-connected device. One compromised script, one bad NPM package, one clipboard hijack, and funds move before you blink.

Custodians freeze accounts

KYC rules, jurisdictional disputes, and bank holidays can block access to assets you believe you own. True ownership means being able to move funds without asking permission.

The three pillars

Sovereignty, simplicity, security.

A hardware wallet is a product of compromises. We refuse three of them: that ownership must be rented, that security must be inconvenient, and that trust must be proprietary.

Sovereignty

Your private keys are generated inside the secure element on first boot and never leave the device. Not to us, not to a cloud backup, not to anyone. Your keys, your coins.

Simplicity

Unbox, verify the tamper-evident seal, follow four on-device prompts, and you are holding your own keys in under four minutes. No accounts, no emails, no questions.

Security

Certified EAL6+ secure element. Open-source firmware audited by Kudelski Security, Trail of Bits and Quarkslab. Verified boot from the chip up — no mystery binaries.

Compatibility

5,500+ assets supported.

ChinaBridge devices sign transactions for every major chain and thousands of tokens. Tickers below are shown for identification only — ChinaBridge does not endorse, recommend, or let you buy any specific asset.

ChinaBridge sells hardware only. We do not buy, sell, swap, or recommend any crypto asset. Use your ChinaBridge with the compatible wallet software of your choice.

Works with

Pair ChinaBridge with the wallet software you trust.

We do not bundle or sell a software wallet. Your ChinaBridge device signs transactions for any compatible, open-source wallet interface — so you keep the choice.

How it works

From unboxing to sovereignty
in four minutes.

No account creation. No KYC at the device level. No cloud sync. Your device is the beginning and end of the trust chain.

01
Order

Ships from our Hong Kong warehouse in tamper-evident packaging, direct to you. No resellers in the chain of custody.

02
Verify the seal

Check the holographic tamper-evident seal and the on-device authenticity attestation before generating any keys.

03
Generate keys offline

Your 24-word recovery phrase is created by the secure element’s hardware RNG and displayed only on your screen. We never see it.

04
Sign with a button press

Every outgoing transaction requires an explicit physical press on the device. Remote software can never move your funds.

From our customers

Trusted across 94 countries.

Published with permission, edited only for length.

“The setup was calmer and more legible than any bank onboarding I’ve done. The four-minute claim is accurate.”

Marta Lisbon, Portugal

“Switched from a browser extension after a near miss with a phishing signature. The physical confirm button is the whole point.”

Daichi Osaka, Japan

“Bought the Fortress for a long-horizon family position. The Shamir backup and hidden-wallet support sealed it for me.”

Elena Buenos Aires, Argentina

“I appreciate that nothing is gated behind an account. Plugged into Sparrow, signed a PSBT, done. No marketing funnel.”

Thomas Munich, Germany

“Support actually answered within an hour. The advisory page was exactly what I wanted to see before buying.”

Sofia Hong Kong

“The Vault Pro sits in my bag every day. It feels closer to a Submariner than a USB stick. That matters when you use it often.”

Rohan Bengaluru, India

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

A hardware wallet is a small physical device whose only job is to generate and protect private keys used to sign cryptocurrency transactions. Keys are generated inside a tamper-resistant chip, never leave the device, and every transaction must be approved by a physical button press. ChinaBridge builds hardware wallets only — we do not sell, buy, swap or custody crypto for you.
Hot wallets (browser extensions, mobile apps) keep keys on an internet-connected device, which makes them vulnerable to malware, phishing and compromised dependencies. Many users keep a hot wallet for small daily amounts and a hardware wallet for longer-term custody. We can’t tell you what threshold is right for you — but if losing the balance would meaningfully hurt, a hardware wallet is the standard answer.
Losing the device does not lose your funds — but losing your 24-word recovery phrase does. On setup, you will be shown a recovery phrase; write it down on the included backup card (or better, on a steel plate) and store it somewhere only you can access. With that phrase you can restore onto any new ChinaBridge device, or any compatible BIP39 wallet. Keep it offline, never photograph it, and never type it into a website. ChinaBridge will never ask for it.
ChinaBridge supports more than 5,500 assets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, Polkadot, Cosmos-SDK chains, BNB Chain, Tron, Stellar, Litecoin and major EVM L2s (Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon). A full, live list is maintained on our support page. ChinaBridge does not endorse or recommend any specific asset — we simply sign transactions for the ones you choose to hold.
Yes. Device firmware, bootloader, and our desktop companion app are released under permissive open-source licences on our public repository. Builds are reproducible so you can verify that the firmware running on your device matches the published source. The secure element itself is a certified third-party chip whose internal microcode is not publicly distributable, but its interface with our firmware is fully auditable.
Every ChinaBridge ships in tamper-evident packaging with a holographic seal unique to your order. On first boot the device performs a cryptographic attestation that you can verify from the companion app. If either check fails, do not use the device — contact [email protected] and we will replace it and investigate the supply chain.
